My journey took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with epilepsy after my first ever seizure in July of 2021. Life changed in ways I never anticipated, and I had to find new approaches to both personal challenges and professional goals. Needing a career that allowed me to work from home, I decided to turn my passion for technology and gaming into something meaningful—Kassa Technical Solutions.
Kassa Technical Solutions focuses on remote computer support tailored specifically for the everyday gamer, as well as professional streamers and e-sports players. I provide services such as computer repair, software troubleshooting, virus removal, system optimization, and personalized tech guidance that is designed to improve performance, stability, and the overall gaming experience.
Living with epilepsy has taught me the value of flexibility, patience, and perseverance. This business is more than just a service. It's a reflection of my journey.
